Description

The Motic BA400 is an ideal, affordable, expandable, and comfortable microscopy workstation to perform multiple applications.

Ergonomic head design
The standard BA400 is ergonomically designed with observation angle inclined at 30°. The Siedentopf interpupillary adjustment system [55-75mm] accommodates the differences between users. Observation head of Binocular, Trinocular (light split 20/80) and Trinocular (light split 0/100) are available.

Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System [CCIS®]
The BA400 incorporates the CCIS® Plan Achromat to produce clear, crisp, true colour, distortion free, and high contrast image with a field flatness of F.N. 22.

Bright and Uniform illumination for all applications
The externally mounted 6v/30w Koehler illumination system made the bright and uniform illumination possible. The swing-out N.A. 0.9/0.13 Achromat Abbe condenser also render homogeneous illumination for magnifications ranging from 2X to 100X for both observation and photomicrography roles.

Designed for stability and comfort in operation
Apart from its excellence optical quality, the inverted "Y" design stand provides lateral stability. The focus controls and mechanical stage adjustment controls are all low positions to allow rapid and fatigue-free movements. The 1um minimum increments with 27 stroke range provide highly precise movement.

Versatile system that be configured to meet different applications Fluorescence Microscopy
Optionally available with three-filter block [excluding dummy cassette] slider axis for reflected light fluorescence, the BA400 can be transformed into a fluorescence microscopy platform covering routine FITC to GFP markers.

Digital Microscopy
Digital documentation becomes possible with the integration of the BA400 trinocular microscope and Moticam series or retrofitting the BA400 with a 3MP inbuilt Digital imaging head.

Multi-Head observation
The Multi-head observation system with 2 heads (MVH-2); 3 heads (MVH-3) and 5 persons (MVH-5) are ideal options for medical teaching and research.
