AE30 / 31

Description

The AE30/ 31 is an inverted microscope designed for professional research applications. The system incorporates the Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System [CCIS®] and the long working distance objectives provide a crisp, sharp and high contrast image.

Design to handle multiple professional applications for modern laboratories
The compact footprint and the inverted “Y?shape provide stability and conserve deskspace in modern laboratories. The focusing knobs and illumination control are low position to minimize fatigue over operation.

The optical correction for best image result is possible with the Siedentopf Binocular and Trinocular head which allows the correction of interpupillary distance and the diopter on each eyepiece. The observation head inclined at 45?gives the user the most comfortable posture even after long hours of operation. The high eyepoint eyepieces with F.N.22mm are comfortable even for spectacles user and provide faster scanning of specimen in wider field.

The 6V/30W halogen Koehler illumination system provides bright, even illumination at any magnification and contrast method.

The stage is hard-coated against abrasion and wear. The internal components and the optics are sealed against fluid spills to ensure reliable and trouble-free usage.

Universal condenser for brightfield and phase contrast
The centerable condenser is suitable for objectives of magnification from 4x - 40x with an aperture diaphragm for bright field Koehler illumination and phase contrast. With a long working distance of 72mm, the condenser can accommodate petri dishes and flasks. The condenser is equipped with a phase slider with two annular rings, allows quick change between brightfield and phase contrast methods. Optional condenser with higher N.A. 0.50 is also available.

Upgradeable options for more contrast methods
The universal mechanical stage and various holders for Petri dishes and well plates are available optionally. The system is ready to be upgraded with the attachable Epi illuminator for fluorescence microscopy.
